2. Driver Responsibility: Our drivers are responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. They have the right to refuse service if the passenger is found to be intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or violating any laws.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: We ensure that all our vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced. In case of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible.

Safety and Conduct
